A personal account and a work account can have different terms. Choose the product first, then the account context that fits.

The applicable OpenAI legal entity and data role depend on the region, agreement and feature. The company’s wider relationships do not automatically apply to every ChatGPT plan.
Claude — personal account · Claude — verification in South Korea
The consumer privacy policy distinguishes Anthropic Ireland, Limited for the EEA, UK and Switzerland from Anthropic PBC elsewhere. Commercial offerings and third-party platforms have separate terms.
Dropbox — personal account
The current policy names Dropbox, Inc. for North America and Dropbox International Unlimited Company elsewhere; organizational agreements may modify the policy. The general provider list does not identify each plan’s suppliers.
Gmail — personal account · Gmail — Google Workspace
Personal Gmail and organization-managed Workspace Gmail have different account and contract contexts. The Google Cloud research page is a navigation reference; it does not identify one legal contracting entity or a shared supplier list.
Copilot — Microsoft 365 home apps · Copilot — personal Microsoft account · Copilot — work or school account
Personal Microsoft accounts, Microsoft 365 home apps, and organizational accounts are separate contexts. Each context binds only its specifically reviewed relationships.
Some services describe types of recipients without naming individual companies. Others disclose named suppliers for specific features. We keep those limits visible rather than filling gaps with a broader company list.
